About Us
The 15th BN special armed force was established on November 1962 in Indore. Successfully, in 1973, it got included in the provincial corps. Today, the battalion Headquarters is located at Mahesh Guard Line, in the city of Indore.
According to the order of the Police headquarters, the battalion was given an administrative building as well as a residential building on 24/12/82. On the other hand, The CO office of the battalion was shifted to the newly constructed administrative building on 10th June 2010. We have 06 Go’s officers allotted by police headquarters like ( C.O/D.C./A.C. & Doctor). We have NGO officers as well.

HIGHER AUTHORITY MESSAGE
It Gives me immense pleasure and an honour to put this
message as Commandant, 15 Batallion SAF, Indore. The battalion was raised in as an Indian Reserve Force Subsequently in 1973 it got assimilated in the SAF, MP Police.
As our motto rightfully states ‘’सदैव सजग,सदैव तत्पर’’, it is the primary nature of our work to be ever ready and ever active for whenever duty calls. Resolute training regimes and diligent application of skill on ground are what ensures that our men are an indispensable asset to our Police force.
Therefore ensuring holistic wellbeing to the men on the ground will be our primary tasks in the times to come.
